Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Oracle Hyperion Planning/EPBCS role based in Delhi, India. The professional in this role will design, configure, and maintain Oracle Hyperion Planning and EPBCS applications, including metadata, business rules, forms, and reports aligned with planning and budgeting requirements. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and partnering with finance and operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
The role involves managing integrations between Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS and other enterprise applications, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing performance and data flows. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing documentation, supporting user testing and training, and collaborating with consulting and business process teams to improve planning models and controls.
Qualifications
Strong experience with business process analysis and improvement, particularly in planning, budgeting, and forecasting environments.
Background in consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS solutions.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications and Oracle HR or related Oracle Cloud modules, including configuration and support.
Proficiency in integration concepts and tools for connecting Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS with other enterprise systems and data sources.
Practical experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing Oracle Hyperion Planning and/or EPBCS (designing forms, business rules, calculations, and reports).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle EPM or Oracle Cloud are a plus.
Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and familiarity with SQL, Smart View, or similar reporting tools is beneficial.
