We are building a strong digital-first presence through innovative marketing strategies, impactful storytelling, and data-driven growth campaigns.
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused Meta Ads Specialist who can scale Meta advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget allocation
Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and performance optimization
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for growth
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, hooks, and landing pages
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign planning and execution
Track daily ad spends, reporting, and performance dashboards
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

6–9 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads Specialist
Prior experience in D2C / ecommerce / beauty-wellness brands preferred
Strong understanding of customer acquisition and funnel optimization
Experience managing high-budget Meta campaigns with proven ROAS growth
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in Excel, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools
Understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven content
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
