Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and support overall digital marketing goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical and content-focused SEO audits, performing keyword research, managing on-page and off-page optimization, and overseeing link-building initiatives.
The SEO Manager will analyze performance data using web analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients. The role also includes collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns and client projects.
Experience:
4 to 6 Years
Salary: 30k - 40k
Qualifications
Ability to perform comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and on-page improvements.
Strong skills in Keyword Research, including search intent analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Experience in Link Building strategies, including outreach, backlink analysis, and relationship management.
Proficiency with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Sound understanding of Marketing principles, especially digital marketing and social media integration.
Working knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, site architecture, and basic HTML/CSS for SEO implementations.
Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment is preferred.
