About the Role
We're looking for a sharp Video Editor to join our team and create high-converting performance ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). If you live and breathe scroll-stopping content, you're in the right place.

What You'll Do
Edit fast-paced, conversion-focused video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
Craft compelling hooks in the first 1–3 seconds to stop the scroll and drive action
Work with on-screen text, captions, and copy overlays to reinforce messaging and boost retention
Maintain tight pacing and flow to keep viewers engaged through to the CTA
Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on ad creatives based on performance data
Deliver multiple versions and cuts of ads for A/B testing

What We're Looking For
Proven experience editing video ads, ideally for direct response or performance marketing
Strong understanding of Meta ad formats, specs, and best practices
Ability to build and optimize hooks that capture attention immediately
Skilled in text placement, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
Eye for pacing, rhythm, and flow that drives watch time and conversions
Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools
Quick turnaround time with attention to detail

Bonus Points
Experience using AI-powered editing or creative tools (e.g. Cap Cut AI, Runway, Eleven Labs, etc.)
Background in performance marketing or working alongside media buyers
Understanding of creative testing frameworks
