About Prodigy Health
Prodigy Health is an AI-native healthcare technology company building the data and intelligence layer for modern hospitals. We build two products:
Care Pro, a patient engagement and conversion platform, and Intellica, a health BI cloud for multi-unit hospital analytics. Our platforms live with leading enterprise hospital groups across India, running mission-critical operations 're a small, fast-moving team that ships real products into real hospitals where reliability, security, and data integrity genuinely matter.
Role Overview
We are looking for a PMO professional with a healthcare consulting background to own the end-to-end product implementation cycle for our flagship product, Care Pro — from initial requirement gathering through go-live and steady-state support. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, client relationships, project governance, and consulting, and requires comfort engaging directly with senior hospital leadership as well as day-to-day operational and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation Ownership
• Own the complete implementation lifecycle for Care Pro at client sites — requirement gathering and fulfillment, solution configuration/consulting, data readiness, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
• Translate hospital-specific requirements into actionable implementation plans in coordination with product and engineering teams
• Drive data soundness across implementations — ensuring data mapping, migration, and validation meet client and product requirements
• Provide consulting input to clients on workflow design, process alignment, and best-practice adoption of Care Pro
Stakeholder & Senior Leadership Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for client-side stakeholders — from senior hospital leadership (CXOs, administrators) to clinical, IT, and operations teams
• Lead regular meetings and steering committee updates with senior leadership, presenting status, risks, and strategic recommendations
• Manage expectations and resolve escalations between internal delivery/product teams and client stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships with hospital-side sponsors and champions to drive engagement and product adoption
Project Governance & Delivery
• Drive structured project governance: status reporting, steering committee decks, RAID logs, and milestone tracking across multiple hospital accounts
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and risks; proactively flag delays or scope issues
• Support multi-unit / multi-hospital rollout planning (e.g., phased rollouts across hospital groups)
• Provide end-to-end client support post go-live, ensuring adoption and resolving ongoing needs
• Liaise with internal product, engineering, and support teams to ensure client commitments are met
Change Management & Adoption
• Support change management at client sites — training, communication, and stakeholder engagement to drive user adoption and minimize disruption
• Contribute to user guides, training materials, and onboarding documentation for hospital staff using Care Pro
Candidate Requirement
• 2–5 years of experience, with a mandatory background in healthcare consulting (strategy, operations, or technology consulting to hospitals/health systems)
• Demonstrated experience managing external client stakeholders, ideally in hospital/healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and workflows (OP/IP processes, clinical and administrative functions) preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior hospital leadership
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to project tracking, reporting, and governance
• Ability to manage multiple hospital accounts/projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales)
• Willingness to travel to client/hospital sites as needed (Hyderabad/Bangalore region and beyond)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent in healthcare management/administration preferred
Good to have
• Prior exposure to healthcare SaaS, HMIS, or hospital CRM/patient engagement tools
• Understanding of India's digital health ecosystem (e.g., ABDM)
