1. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented  Management Trainer  to facilitate comprehensive academic and applied instruction for management trainees and postgraduate business students. The ideal candidate must possess deep subject-matter expertise in managerial quantitative analysis, mathematical modeling, and business decision science. In this role, you will deliver unified instruction that seamlessly bridges analytical business mathematics with data-driven quantitative techniques, preparing management students to solve complex real-world corporate challenges.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY:
This is an advanced business-management faculty role requiring specialized MBA/Management background training experience. General competitive exam or standardized Test-Prep / General Aptitude trainers will NOT be entertained. We strictly require professionals with proven managerial pedagogy and analytical research experience. Freshers need not apply.

2. CORE DOMAIN EXPERTISE & CURRICULUM COVERAGE
The trainer will deliver an integrated analytical curriculum tailored specifically for business decision-making. The syllabus blends foundational mathematical principles with modern statistical and analytical tools into a cohesive learning framework:

● Business Mathematical Frameworks & Algebra:  Matrix algebra, rank of matrices, solution to linear system of equations (Adjoint & Gaussian Elimination), set theory applications in business, standard progressions, and interest mathematics.

● Applied Business Calculus & Optimization:  Differential and integral calculus applied directly to business scenarios, including profit maximization, cost minimization, and marginal analysis (Maxima & Minima).

● Managerial Descriptive Statistics & Data Visualization:  Measures of central tendency, dispersion, skewness, kurtosis, probability distributions, visual data analytics, and data cleaning methodology for structured datasets.

● Inferential Statistics & Decision Science:  Hypothesis testing (Z-test, t-test, F-test), point/interval estimation, correlation & regression analysis, and non-parametric evaluation (Chi-square, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis, Run test).

● Advanced Business Analytics & Variance Analysis:  Construction of Index numbers, Consumer Price Index, Time Series decomposition/trend elimination, and experimental designs including ANOVA, MANOVA, and MANCOVA.

● Statistical Software & Computational Tools:  Hands-on implementation of quantitative methods using analytical software tools such as MS Excel, SPSS/SAS, and basic analytical workflows in R environment.

3. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Deliver engaging, integrated classroom and lab sessions that connect mathematical modeling directly to strategic business and management applications.

● Train management students in applying statistical software tools (MS Excel, SPSS/SAS, R) to solve structured and unstructured business problems.

● Design case study-based assessments, internal evaluation modules, real-world data projects, and objective testing frameworks.

● Mentor students in data visualization, numerical interpretation, and business report generation for managerial decision-making.

● Continuously evaluate student learning outcomes and provide targeted academic intervention to enhance quantitative problem-solving skills.

● Maintain academic alignment with institutional quality standards and industry-relevant management competencies.

4. TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

● Advanced Statistical & Mathematical Proficiency:  Strong command over calculus, matrix operations, inferential statistics, time-series forecasting, and non-parametric testing.

● Data Management & Software Expertise:  Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, solver, data analysis toolpak), SPSS/SAS, and familiar working knowledge of R syntax and data structures.
