Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a UI/UX Intern. The intern will be responsible for creating mockups, engaging in visual design, and developing prototypes. Additionally, the intern will work on front-end development and user experience design (UED) to ensure intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital interfaces.
Qualifications
Skills in creating Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping
Experience in Front-End Development and User Experience Design (UED)
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Continuous Learning :
Engage in mentorship opportunities with senior UI/UX designers.
Participate in online courses, workshops, and seminars to enhance your UI/UX skills.
Contribution to Design System:
Assist in building and maintaining a cohesive design system for consistent user experiences across our platform.
Eligibility:
Education:
Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Basic understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and basic prototypes.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects or case studies highlighting your research and design process.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-Starter:
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Technical Know-How:
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus but optional.
Language:
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
