Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day project timeline for OPOP, coordinate the extended NeGD/agency project team & ensure deliverables meet agreed goals & deadlines.
Write project specifications, break work into milestones/sprints & work on realistic estimates for each phase of the project.
Manage project risks, issues & dependencies, and maintain the project's RAID log & status dashboards.
Coordinate UAT, release planning, stabilization & change-control activities across Bhavishya, CPENGRAMS, Anubhav & DLC modules.
Own team deliverables, track resource utilization & escalate roadblocks in a timely manner.
Liaise with the Business Analyst, Technical Lead & QA teams to ensure requirement traceability & quality of delivery.
Support preparation of periodic MIS/status reports for NeGD & DoPPW governance forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
10+ years of experience in managing IT application development projects, preferably in Government/PSU environments.
Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, risk management & stakeholder communication.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum & Waterfall methodologies, and tools such as JIRA/MS Project.
Understanding of accessibility, compliance & security frameworks relevant to public digital platforms (GIGW
3.0, WCAG 2.1, DPDP Act, CERT-In).
Excellent communication, documentation & multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
Certifications (desirable): PMP / Prince2 / CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent.
