Job Description & How to Apply Below
A Fast-Growing Mobility & EV Company | Location :
Delhi NCR, with travel to regional sites
About the Role
Our organization is building out a network of regional operations and infrastructure hubs to transform its outbound logistics, vehicle assembly, and after-sales operations across India. We are looking for a Program Manager to drive this initiative end-to-end — from network design and facility planning through to execution and operational go-live. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role working directly with manufacturing, logistics, sales, service, quality, and infrastructure teams.
What You'll Do
Own and drive a multi-site network expansion program across planning, execution, and stabilization phases.
Coordinate across multiple functions (manufacturing, logistics, sales, service, parts, quality, infrastructure) to align requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, RACI structures, and governance cadences.
Work with logistics and transport partners to design efficient outbound distribution networks, including multi-modal transport solutions.
Translate demand forecasts and operational requirements into facility, manpower, and capacity plans.
Track program KPIs and report progress to leadership; proactively flag risks and drive resolution.
Support site selection, facility planning, and readiness activities for new regional hubs.
Drive process standardization across sites, ensuring consistency in operations and quality.
Manage stakeholder communication, including with external partners, vendors, and internal leadership.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in program management, supply chain, or logistics operations roles.
Experience in large-scale logistics, freight, port, or multi-modal transport environments is highly preferred — backgrounds from global logistics, shipping, or supply chain organizations are a strong fit.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with comfort working with data, forecasts, and operational metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Prior exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or EV ecosystems is a plus, though not mandatory.
What Will Make You Successful
A bias for execution — comfortable turning broad mandates into structured plans and driving them to closure.
Ability to work across functions and build trust with diverse teams, from shop floor to leadership.
Comfort with travel and time spent at regional sites during build and pilot phases.
A builder's mindset — thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being defined.
