Leading EV OEM in the commercial vehicle space (backed by marquee global investors) is looking for a Program Manager – Supply Chain to work directly with the Co-founder leading Supply Chain & Manufacturing. This is a high-ownership role driving new product programs across sourcing, engineering, quality, plant and finance.
What you'll own:
End-to-end NPI supply chain planning — sourcing, tooling, PPAP/APQP, pilot builds, ramp readiness
Localisation roadmap for imported/single-source components, working with R&D & suppliers
Cost programs — VA/VE, should-cost analysis, design-to-cost, alternate sourcing
Risk mapping & dual-sourcing for critical commodities (cells, power electronics, semiconductors, castings)
S&OP process, inventory health, working capital, MOQ/lead-time optimization
Dashboards & reporting via ERP/MES — program status, supplier scorecards, OTIF tracking
Cross-functional coordination across R&D, plant ops, quality, finance & sales
Must-have:
3+ years in Supply Chain, Sourcing, SQD, Planning or Program Management — Automotive/EV/high-mix manufacturing
Hands-on NPI experience (part sourcing → SOP), including PPAP/APQP & tooling
Strong commercial acumen — should-cost, negotiation, supplier contracts
Advanced Excel + ERP data modeling skills
Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
Willingness to travel to plant/supplier sites regularly
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Production or related)
Good to have:
EV component exposure — battery packs, motors, controllers, power electronics, wiring harness
NCR/Haryana supplier ecosystem experience
MBA / Lean Six Sigma certification
MES/PLM & demand-planning tools familiarity
Experience scaling through a high-growth volume ramp
