GeM provides a paperless, cashless and contactless ecosystem for government buyers to directly purchase products and services from pan-India sellers and service providers through an online platform. GeM covers the entire gamut of procurement process, right from vendor registration and item selection by buyers to receipt of goods and facilitation of timely payments. GeM has envisioned to utilise the agility and speed that come along with a digital platform created with a strategic intent to reinvigorate public procurement systems and bring about a lasting change for the underserved as well as the nation.

GeM invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the following position(s) on Contractual Basis:

This is a contractual engagement under the Project Management Unit (PMU) for an initial period of 5 years, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.

JOB SPECIFICATION

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a  Manager Full Stack  with deep expertise in React

JS, React Native (Android/iOS), AWS, and Spring Boot to lead MSP driven design ,development, and deployment across enterprise platforms. This role emphasizes frontend and mobile application governance, ensuring seamless integration with backend services and enterprise standards.
You will act as GeM’s technical lead to perform structured reviews of MSP deliverables, focusing on frontend modularity, mobile responsiveness, and integration quality, while enforcing standards for React

JS, React Native, CSS architecture, and UI component libraries. The role requires driving performance optimization and scalability across mobile and web platforms, validating responsive design, accessibility, and cross device compatibility including Android and IOS.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Full Stack Governance
Govern MSP led full stack development across React

JS, React Native, API integration, AWS, and Spring Boot.
Validate architectural consistency across microservices, APIs, mobile app layers, and front-end/back-end integration
Performance &Scalability
Oversee performance optimization and scalability of deployed systems
Ensure responsive UI rendering, mobile screen loading, and cross device compatibility including critical features like Reverse Auction.
Design & Development Standards Enforcement and Review
Conduct structured design reviews for micro-frontends (MFEs) and mobile app components
Define and enforce standards for React

JS, React Native, CSS architecture, UI component libraries, and mobile design frameworks
Review and provide constructive inputs on MFE and mobile design documents, validating responsive layouts, accessibility, and device agnostic performance
