Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Global Retail Expansion Head. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies to expand retail presence globally, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and leading international retail initiatives. The role will also involve managing teams, setting performance targets, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

This leader will play a critical role in scaling Lenskart's retail operations across diverse markets.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Business Planning and Strategic Development
Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market data, performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions
Comprehensive knowledge of Retail operations and Sales processes on a global scale
Proven ability in Team Management and leading cross-functional teams
Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Prior experience in retail expansion or global markets is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
