Visual Merchandising Manager

We are hiring a Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure every BHPC store delivers a premium, consistent, and commercially effective brand experience.

BHPC is expanding its India retail presence across formats and cities. We are focused on creating store experiences that are premium, consistent, and commercially effective, reflecting global brand codes while remaining India-relevant.
The Role
We are hiring a Visual Merchandising Manager to own VM strategy and execution across EBO, MBO and SIS , ensuring every store delivers storytelling, conversion, and consistency.
Scope & Responsibilities
VM Strategy & Brand Standards
Build seasonal VM direction aligned to category priorities, campaigns, and global brand guidelines
Define store zoning logic, category adjacencies, and fixture usage to maximize productivity
Establish VM manuals, checklists, and execution SOPs across formats
Execution & Rollouts
Plan and execute seasonal changeovers, campaigns, and in-store storytelling
Lead windows, focal walls, mannequins, and key merchandising moments
Drive network-wide rollout discipline: timelines, templates, and store readiness
Commercial Alignment
Partner with Merchandising to highlight key SKUs: newness, bestsellers, high-margin lines
Support sell-through improvements by improving visibility and product navigation
Use store feedback and performance data to refine display strategies
Audit, Training & Governance
Conduct VM audits and corrective actions; build a compliance scoring system
Train store teams and ensure sustained execution after rollouts
Coordinate with retail ops for store upkeep, refreshes, and visual maintenance
New Store & Refurb Program
Own VM inputs for new stores: layout, fixtures, signage, navigation, merchandising density
Manage refresh cycles to keep stores modern and aligned to the brand
Experience & Qualification
6–10 years in fashion/lifestyle VM
Multi-store rollout experience across formats
Strong execution management + creative eye
Comfort with travel, audits, and high-speed retail timelines
