We are hiring a  Product Development Manager – Menswear  to lead range creation, sourcing, and commercialization for one of our largest growth categories.

About the Organisation
BHPC’s India fashion business is scaling, and menswear remains a key growth pillar. We aim to build product that is trend-right, margin-sound, and retail-performant.

The Role
We are hiring a  Product Development Manager – Menswear  to drive seasonal range building, sourcing, costing, vendor management, and product readiness for retail.

Scope & Responsibilities:
Range Architecture & Seasonal Planning
Build seasonal product plans: categories, silhouettes, fabrics, price ladders, and depth logic
Create balanced assortment across core, fashion, and occasion requirements
Define SKU counts and line plan by channel relevance (EBO vs MBO vs SIS)

Design-to-Commercial Conversion
Translate trends into commercially viable product
Own sample development cycles, fit approvals, fabric selections, and quality standards
Ensure product aligns to brand codes, target customer, and price positioning

Sourcing, Costing & Margin Control
Identify and develop vendors; negotiate costs and lead times
Ensure margin targets and costing discipline; manage BOM and cost breakdowns
Monitor production timelines, quality checks, and delivery adherence

Launch Readiness & Cross-Functional Delivery
Coordinate with Merchandising for buy depth and launch phasing
Support VM/Marketing with product stories, key looks, and styling direction
Track post-launch performance and feed insights into future ranges

Experience & Qualification
8–12 years in menswear product development
Strong vendor ecosystem exposure and costing control
Commercial mindset with retail understanding
Strong execution, timelines, and quality discipline
