The Role
We are seeking a results-oriented  City Manager  to lead and grow our brand footprint in New Delhi. This is a strategic leadership role for a professional who understands the luxury lifestyle market and can drive excellence across our premium retail operations in the city's key districts.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Results:  Total accountability for city-wide sales targets and P&L.
Operations:  Ensure 100% compliance with Italian brand standards and VM guidelines across all points of sale.
Team Leadership:  Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams to deliver world-class service.
Market Insight:  Analyze local New Delhi trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Clienteling:  Foster high-level relationships with VIP clients and key local stakeholders in the Delhi NCR area.
Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years in Premium/Luxury Retail Management (Multi-unit experience preferred).

Skills:

Strong command of  KPIs , inventory management, and team coaching.
Language:  Excellent English and Hindi.
Passion:  A deep connection to Italian design, quality, and lifestyle.
