Roles & Responsibilities
1. Production & Supply Chain Management
* Oversee seasonal production calendars and critical paths.
* Ensure timely deliveries from all vendors and manufacturing partners.
* Monitor quality control and consistency across all product categories.
* Coordinate with design and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of collections.
* Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
* Manage inventory planning across retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale accounts.
* Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and replenishment requirements.
* Minimize overstock and stock-outs.
* Develop inventory ageing and liquidation strategies.
3. Retail Operations
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all Lovebirds stores.
* Establish and maintain SOPs for store operations.
* Monitor store performance, staffing, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with retail managers to improve productivity and profitability.
4. Wholesale & International Business Support
* Coordinate order fulfilment for domestic and international stockists.
* Ensure timely dispatches and documentation.
* Liaise with agents, distributors, and key wholesale partners.
* Track wholesale delivery performance and account requirements.
5. Logistics & Warehousing
* Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and dispatch processes.
* Manage domestic and international shipping partners.
* Improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
* Ensure compliance with export and import requirements.
6. Financial & Commercial Operations
* Monitor operational budgets and costs.
* Work closely with finance on vendor payments, inventory valuation, and cash-flow planning.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
* Track operational KPIs and business performance metrics.
7. Team Leadership
* Lead operations, warehouse, production coordination, and support teams.
* Set goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
* Build scalable systems and accountability across departments.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration between design, production, retail, merchandising, finance, and marketing.
8. Business Planning & Process Improvement
* Create and manage annual operational plans.
* Implement systems and technology to improve efficiency.
* Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

* Inventory turnover and stock accuracy.
* Retail operational efficiency and store profitability.
