Responsibilities
Tour Coordinator
Plan and manage domestic & international tours
Coordinate bookings (flights, hotels, transport, guides)
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth execution
Handle client queries and resolve travel-related issues

Visa Coordinator
Advise clients on visa requirements and documentation
Prepare, review, and submit visa applications
Liaise with embassies/consulates for approvals
Track application status and ensure compliance with immigration laws

Qualifications
Prior experience in the travel industry is essential
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude
Familiarity with travel bookings or visa processing systems preferred
