A prestigious standalone 5‑star hotel in Delhi is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager with strong expertise in both wedding and corporate segments. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals who can drive business growth, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional event and corporate sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across corporate and wedding segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and wedding/event planners
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Delhi
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Negotiate contracts and manage high‑value accounts with professionalism and precision
Qualifications
Proven expertise in account management and client relationship building
Proficiency in lead generation and sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets
Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
Strong command of sales operations, including planning, reporting, and resource coordination
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Prior experience in the hospitality industry with exposure to both corporate and wedding sales
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
Candidate Profile
5–10 years of proven experience in hotel or hospitality corporate and wedding sales
Strong negotiation and client acquisition skills
Established network within corporate, travel trade, and wedding/event segments
Ability to work independently and drive results in competitive markets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
