Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of drivers and support staff in daily fleet operations
Plan and monitor vehicle usage, availability, maintenance, and repairs
Handle vehicle insurance processes and incident response coordination
Organize and manage driver clusters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
Train, onboard, and support new drivers; implement performance improvement and recognition programs
Track team performance, service quality, and operational KPIs
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Customer Service, HR, Maintenance) to resolve operational issues
Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, costs, and incidents
