Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – ACCESS PT – New Fairfield, Connecticut

$85,000 – $110,000 per year. Up to $10,500 sign‑on bonus.

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Connecticut
