Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – ACCESS PT – New Fairfield, Connecticut
Salary & Sign-on Bonus$85,000 – $110,000 per year. Up to $10,500 sign‑on bonus.

- Review patients’ medical history
- Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury
- Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Connecticut
