Gramian Consultancy is hiring a Cisco Video Conferencing Engineer experienced in operational support and project participation in locations like Ottobrunn, Getafe, or Stevenage. This role requires expertise in Cisco telephony systems, collaboration infrastructure, and hands-on troubleshooting for video conferencing services. You will engage with customers and coordinate local teams to resolve complex issues and maintain system health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Cisco telephony and video-conferencing systems
• Support CMS, B2B, and MRA environments
• Maintain various Cisco video endpoint models
• Proactively monitor infrastructure for operational effectiveness
• Participate in upgrades and respond to escalations
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Cisco video conferencing platforms
• Strong background in telephony and collaboration security
• Knowledge of SIP, H.323, and system administration
• Familiar with conferencing peripherals and VMware
• CCNP Voice or equivalent certification
