Mining Administrative Support at Atlantic Operations

Support St Barbara’s operations as a full-time Administrative Assistant at the Touquoy Mine site in Moose River, NS. Play a vital role in daily office activities and team collaboration.

As part of Atlantic Operations, you will take on the role of an Administrative Assistant supporting Mine & Mill Operations until February 2028. You will report to the Senior Office & Payroll Administrator and undertake responsibilities including document management, invoice tracking using Sage 300, and maintaining a safety-focused workplace.

Your role will enhance communication between teams and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily office operations like filing and copying

• Process invoices and assist with purchase requisitions

• Coordinate office supplies and supervisor records

• Facilitate onboarding and safety orientations

• Maintain strict compliance with document regulations

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred

• Relevant experience in mining or similar fields is a plus

• Strong commitment to safety culture

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
