In this intermediate role, you will be responsible for creating accurate shop drawings and MTOs using Revit. Your contributions will directly shape the quality of our commercial projects while working closely with various internal teams. This position is perfect for detail-oriented candidates seeking a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed Revit models and families

• Prepare shop drawings from architectural and structural blueprints

• Collaborate on internal reviews of drawings for accuracy

• Modify designs to incorporate field information and corrections

• Participate in developing and maintaining CAD/BIM standards

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Design, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in Revit modeling

• Strong 2D AutoCAD skills (2-5 years experience)

• Familiarity with curtain wall systems is a plus

• Detail-focused with strong ownership of work
