Account Manager

Westville. An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, organised and proactive Account Manager to join this well-established Digital Marketing Agency. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships and has a natural ability to keep multiple projects, people and deadlines on track. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Marketing, Business or Communications Degree, together with at least 2 years' experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role
, preferably within an agency environment.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for day-to-day communication, project updates and deliverables.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for creative and digital teams.
• Coordinate multiple projects, allocating tasks, managing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress, follow up on outstanding tasks and proactively resolve challenges.
• Review creative and digital deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy and alignment with client briefs.
• Manage client expectations, communicate project updates and coordinate feedback and revisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client satisfaction and grow existing accounts.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects run efficiently and clients receive excellent service.

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, project coordination or a similar client-facing role, ideally within a marketing or digital agency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to develop clear briefs, coordinate teams and maintain high standards of work.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value to client accounts.
• Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, website projects and project management tools would be advantageous.
