LTS Mobile Tactical Security Guard

Location: Concord

Become a Mobile Tactical Security Guard with LTS Protective Services, working full-time continental night shifts. This role requires a strong focus on safety, independent decision-making, and effective patrol management.

In this dynamic position, you will drive to diverse client sites, conduct thorough patrols, and manage access control while responding to various incidents. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in tactical security and excellent communication skills. Safety and professionalism are cornerstones of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct continuous mobile and foot patrols

• Monitor and secure properties effectively

• Enforce site-specific security protocols

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations

• Document daily activities and incidents

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required

• G Class Driver’s License in good standing

• Minimum of 2 years in tactical security

• Certified in First Aid & CPR Level C

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination mandatory
