Position: Crombie REIT Manager, Accounting & Reporting
Become the Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Crombie REIT in either New Glasgow or Halifax. Lead reporting functions and mentor a dynamic team to achieve excellence.

The Manager position is key for maintaining high accounting standards and guiding the External Reporting Team in delivering accurate financial reports. Your experience with IFRS and financial reporting will allow you to contribute significantly to the organization. The role also encompasses collaboration on various financial processes and fostering a safe, respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies

• Lead quarterly reports for the SIFT model

• Manage joint venture and valuation processes

• Conduct reviews of tenant incentives and Capex

• Oversee the monthly banking and HST/QST reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• CPA designation is required

• At least 5 years in relevant accounting roles

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards

• Excellent communicator, able to convey complex information
