The Chignecto-Central Regional Centre for Education is accepting applications for the 2026-27 Casual Educational Assistant List. This role is critical for supporting student development in multiple school settings. Interested candidates must present relevant educational qualifications, First Aid credentials, and complete background checks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support classroom instruction and activities
• Provide assistance tailored to individual student needs
• Uphold a safe and engaged learning environment
• Perform required physical tasks for classroom support
• Communicative liaison between staff and families
Requirements:
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant post-secondary education in child youth development
• CSA Intermediate Workplace First Aid with CPR 'C'
• Must meet physical job demands
• Valid criminal record check required
