In this important role, you will lead projects focusing on reliability improvements while collaborating with production teams. You'll apply your electrical engineering knowledge, conducting criticality studies and FMEA to mitigate failures. Creating technical documents and maintaining procedure standards are key aspects of this role as well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reliability and process improvement projects
• Perform equipment criticality studies and FMEA
• Investigate automation optimization solutions
• Review and update maintenance procedures and standards
• Plan and implement project commissioning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years in manufacturing environments
• Proficient in Auto Cad and PLC programming
• Strong background in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of CSA standards and electrical regulations
