Investment Banking Analyst – Private Capital Markets

Nassau Street Partners is a boutique capital advisory firm specializing in capital formation for high-growth middle-market companies. We work with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors to facilitate transactions in the $2M–$50M range. Our deal flow spans healthcare, technology, infrastructure, and consumer sectors.

We are a relationship-first firm, no cold call farms, no volume churn. We bring you curated deals and the infrastructure to close them.

We are expanding our registered representative team to support active deal flow across multiple verticals. You will be introduced to qualified issuers, provided deal documentation and marketing materials, and supported throughout the placement process. This is a commission-based, performance-driven role with significant upside for closers.

• Introduce and present capital raising opportunities to your existing investor network
• Conduct investor outreach and manage relationships through the deal lifecycle
• Collaborate with Nassau Street Partners principals on deal structuring and investor fit
• Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and applicable securities laws

• Active FINRA registration required (Series 7, 79, 82)
• Must be currently affiliated with or willing to affiliate with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer
• Proven track record in capital markets, private placements, or investment banking
• Existing network of accredited investors, family offices, or institutional relationships strongly preferred

• Base salary / hourly rate
