Key Responsibilities:

• Report safety violations and engage in emergency situations

Requirements:

• One year of janitorial experience in commercial settings

• Ability to lift over 25 lbs

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical basics

• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
