Legal Counsel; Real Estate​/Condo Development

Our client – a growing real estate development, investment, and asset-management company – is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of strong experience in commercial real estate transactions; exposure to condo development would be a huge plus. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a strong GC, and directly with the C-Suite.

The expected salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000. Please note that the salary range included is a guideline only. The salary offered may vary based on factors, including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
