, searching for a Staff Accountant to join their team. This is an on-site role offering exposure to balance sheet accounting, accounts payable, and process improvement within a growing organization.

Responsibilities- Performing month-end journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Completing monthly bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end close in partnership with the Controller
- Processing full-cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Assisting with cost accounting, inventory, and budget preparation
- Providing documentation and support for external auditors
- Preparing ad hoc financial reports and assisting with process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–5 years of general accounting experience (public accounting experience welcomed)
- Experience with an accounting system other than Quick Books
- Exposure to BI tools preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
This on-site position and compensation ranges from $70,000–$85,000.
