A growing organization is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision‑making. This role is ideal for a hands‑on financial leader who excels at building strong processes, maintaining compliance, and partnering across departments.

• Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month‑end close.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with GAAP.
• Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Partner with internal teams to analyze financial performance and support operational decisions.
• Manage annual audits, tax preparation, and external financial relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational habits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Experience in small‑to‑mid‑size organizational environments.
• Background in process improvement or system transitions.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time.
