Account Support Specialist

Position Summary

The Account Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting client accounts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This individual will manage and onboard candidates, support healthcare staffing operations, and handle administrative tasks while developing a strong understanding of hospital systems and processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

• Manage and support candidates throughout the onboarding and placement process
• Coordinate candidate documentation, compliance requirements, and onboarding timelines
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of hospital systems, policies, and staffing needs
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support
• Assist business development executive with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure data integrity
• Support client accounts by tracking assignments, onboarding status, and follow-ups
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, client needs, and staffing demands
