The Land Use Administrator manages the Land Use office and supports the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. Serves as the public’s main point of contact on all matters concerning planning and zoning requirements. Performs legal, technical and executive-level administrative work in support of the Planning and Zoning functions. Coordinates and attends all Planning and Zoning Board meetings and provides specialized assistance as required.
Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of meeting minutes. Interprets Zoning Ordinances, administrative policies, and decisions. Must possess a high degree of diplomacy and judgement in representing the municipality.
Monday- 11 AM - 4 PM
Tuesday- 11AM - 4 PM
