Lovering Volvo is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our award-winning, family-owned dealership. $75,000 - $150,000

  Our shop stays busy year-round. Techs who want to flag hours do. We make sure you always have work available and the support to turn it efficiently. Our best techs produce 15+ hours per day.
• Ongoing Factory & In-Person Training:
  Work with the latest Volvo technology. We invest heavily in your growth with factory training, on-site coaching, and clear career progression.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo vehicles with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Provide a great experience for customers by communicating clearly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with parts, advisors, and other technicians
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Experience as an automotive technician (Volvo experience a plus, not required)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills preferred
• Positive attitude and desire to grow with a reputable dealership
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Highly competitive pay (flat rate or hourly depending on experience)
