This isn't an entry-level service advisor position.

We’re searching for a knowledgeable professional who understands Volvo vehicles, factory warranty requirements, and the importance of accurate repair-order documentation.

You should be comfortable managing the entire service experience—from the initial customer concern through repair completion and follow‑up.

• Build lasting relationships with Volvo service customers.
• Open and manage accurate customer-pay and warranty repair orders.
• Apply Volvo factory warranty policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer concerns, technician findings, and warranty repairs.
• Coordinate warranty authorizations and supporting documentation.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and service leadership.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a franchised‑dealership Service Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Volvo manufacturer warranty procedures.
