• Ensures a high quality, effective and professional experience is provided to every guest following the Grappone sales process.
• Operates routinely with a high level of professionalism.
• Establishes knowledge base regarding products, services, and competitive automotive makes and models.
• Has pride and passion in what they do.
• Must have a valid driver's license, and be insurable through our insurance company.
• Must be able to work days, nights, and Saturdays.

• Monday thru Friday - 10:00am-7:00pm (scheduled hours will vary between these hours)
• Saturdays - 8:15am to 5:00pm

Minimum of 112 hours of paid time off within the first full year (128 hours in year three). 8 paid holidays per year. Health, dental, vision and life insurance. 401(k) with up to a 3% match.
