Full‑time positions are available with infants and toddlers.
Pay RangeBase pay: $20.25/hr – $24.75/hr actual compensation will depend on experience, education, and other factors.
Hourly rate: $20.75–$24.75 per hour.
Responsibilities- Create hands‑on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing children’s daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
- Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- Preferred: CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field.
- Preferred: 9 credits including child growth and development or 1,000 hours of center experience.
- Required:
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children. - Must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements.
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons, and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training.
Work in person in an early education/preschool childcare center providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons' policies.

Salary/Hourly Rate And Other Compensation DisclosuresHiring incentive: $500 after 120 days of employment.
Additional bonus: $500 after 8 months of employment (restrictions apply).
