* Eastern Slope Dental is looking for a full time Associate Dentist to join our growing and well-established practice. We are looking for a candidate that has a strong passion for building patient relationships and contributing to the ongoing oral health of their community. * Job Summary:
* Responsible for providing dental care to patients following all applicable standards of practice and regulatory requirements. Works with dental team to ensure and promote high quality of care and fulfillment of Eastern Slope Dental’s mission.
* Qualifications:
* · Must have DDS or DMD from accredited school
· Excellent communication skills
· Current active license
· Leadership skills
· Desire to help patients live a healthy lifestyle
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience working with Curve and other database programs (preferred)
· Experience with in-office milling (preferred)
· Willingness to learn new areas of dentistry
* Responsibilities
* · Provide direct dental care which includes review of patient records, examination, diagnosis, consultation and treatment.
· Participate in meetings, conferences, committees and project teams to develop and maintain the highest quality of care.
· Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care and our practice guidelines.
· Perform exams and evaluate x-rays to determine a patient’s health.
· Maintain accurate, timely and up to date patient files and records.
· Must communicate effectively with our team regarding treatment plans
