About this position:

• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Certified / Board Eligible)
• Opportunity to inherit a strong panel with a diverse patient population
• Collegial Practice with solid APP Support
• 32-36 Patient Hours/Week
• 16-18ppd with light, shared call responsibilities
• Seamlessly refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330+ strong physician-led group ensuring continuity of care
• EMR: EPIC

• Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital
