Medical Director Physician

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in a vibrant rural community? We re seeking a Family Medicine Physician & Medical Director for a permanent role in Newport, New Hampshire where clinical care meets leadership in a supportive, close-knit outpatient setting.

This is a unique opportunity to blend hands-on patient care with strategic leadership, working alongside a collaborative team of six providers dedicated to improving rural health outcomes.

• Dual Role:
  Serve as both a practicing family medicine physician ( patients/day) and Medical Director (approx. 12 hours/week in admin duties)

• Schedule:
  Monday Friday day shifts with one evening/week until 7 PM; shared call rotation (1:10)

• Team-Oriented Environment:
  Work with a mission-driven group of providers in a community-focused rural health center

• Tech-Enabled:
  Utilize Epic EMR for streamlined and efficient patient care

• Leadership Impact:
  Guide quality improvement initiatives and oversee clinical operations
