Location: Haverhill
A non-profit Federally Qualified Community Health Center in northern New Hampshire is adding an Internal Medicine Physician. They operate in five sites and provide affordable and high-quality healthcare to over 9,000 patients in more than 26 towns, offering integrated health services to families, including Medical, and Behavioral health.
About the opportunity:- Outpatient primary care serving patients across the lifespan
- Full-time or part-time flexibility
- No weekends. No call
- The team includes 10 Physicians and 1 PA, along with APRNs and LICSWs.
- Approximately 75% clinical / 25% administrative time
- Approximately 2 patients per hour

- Guaranteed base salary
- Negotiable sign-on bonus/retention and relocation assistance
- 28 PTO days + 7 paid holidays
- 403(b) with 50% match up to 3%
- $2000 CME allowance
- License and DEA renewal covered

Location:
- A small community of 1400 people in northern New Hampshire, located in Grafton County along the Connecticut River at the mouth of the Ammonoosuc River.
- It offers a quiet, rural community feel with a strong sense of local history.
- Historically a major railroad junction, Woodsville now serves as a commercial and service hub for the surrounding area, with small businesses, healthcare, and retail shops
- It is about 30 miles from the Vermont border and roughly an hour’s drive from Hanover and Lebanon, making it accessible to the Upper Valley region.
- Outdoor activities include fishing, kayaking, hiking in the White Mountain National Forest and Benton State Forest, and winter sports like cross-country skiing and snowmobiling
