The role spans general pediatric surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, and select neonatal/congenital cases, with care for both healthy and complex pediatric patients.
The newly approved pay plan offers base salaries by rank (Assistant $491,000–$575,000; Associate $503,000–$589,000; Professor $515,000–$603,000), a 40-hour
