We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting students with developmental disabilities and autism, helping them succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally. • Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to students under the guidance of a Special Education Teacher
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Support students in both classroom and small-group settings to promote engagement and independence
• Help adapt instructional materials and classroom activities to meet diverse learning needs
• Collect data on student progress and communicate observations to the teaching and support team
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages participation and confidence
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and other daily living tasks as needed

• Prior experience working with students with disabilities or in special education settings preferred
• Understanding of ABA strategies, behavioral supports, and positive reinforcement techniques a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
