We are seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations within our Power Conductor & Manufacturing division. In this hands‑on engineering role, you will optimize production processes, resolve technical issues, support new product introductions, and provide training and documentation to ensure manufacturing consistency and quality.

This position works collaboratively across Engineering, Production, and Maintenance and requires the ability to support any shift as needed.

• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with process standards
• Provide hands‑on support for manufacturing processes and equipment
• Optimize process settings and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Document corrective actions and maintain accurate process data
• Train production teams on new equipment, products, and procedures
• Conduct trials, gather data, and analyze results to support process improvements
• Identify trends and discrepancies, escalating concerns to Engineering when needed
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance to resolve malfunctions
• Support startup and evaluation of new products and manufacturing methods
• Assist with production tooling maintenance, improvements, and corrective actions
• Identify and report safety concerns promptly
• Perform other responsibilities and special projects as assigned

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing troubleshooting
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or similar
• Strong analytical, hands‑on, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑precision production environment
• Ability to work any shift as required

• $90,000 annual salary
