What You'llDoAsa Senior Sustaining Engineer ,youwillserveasatechnicalleaderresponsibleforsupportingandimprovingexistingelectromechanicalproductsthroughouttheirlifecycle.
Youwillworkcloselywith Engineering,Operations,Quality,Supply Chain,and Manufacturingteamstoresolveproductionissues,implementproductenhancements,andensurethesuccessfultransitionofnewproductsintoproduction.
- Driveproductandprocessimprovementsthatenhancereliability,manufacturability,quality,andcost.
- PartnerwithR&D,Quality,and Operationstoimplementeffectiveengineeringsolutions.
- Serveasasubjectmatterexpertforelectromechanicalsystemsandproductperformance.
- Mentoranddevelopjuniorengineersandtechnicians.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strongexperiencesupportingcomplexelectromechanicalproductsandassemblies.
- AdvancedproficiencywithSOLIDWORKSandPLMsystems.
- Experienceworkingwithmachined,molded,stamped,andMIMcomponents.
- Strongprojectmanagementandcross-functionalleadershipskills.
- Shainin Red Xand /orSixSigmacertification.
- ExperiencewithDFM/DFAprinciplesandmanufacturingoptimization.
