Spa Massage Therapist – TPG Hotels and Resorts
Responsibilities and Duties- Schedule, begin and end treatments on time.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the first appointment.
- Prepare all necessary product set‑ups and maintain a clean treatment room in accordance with universal spa industry sanitation standards.
- Provide massage therapy and body treatment services to spa guests.
- Maintain high professional standards of service, appearance, and behavior.
- Be knowledgeable about all spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products.
- Apply universal precautions to comply with state sanitation guidelines.
- Suggest other beneficial treatments and educate guests about products for home use.
- Stock the treatment room daily.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings, outreach programs, and product knowledge trainings.
- Act as a guest advocate for Mill Falls at the Lake.
Must hold a current New Hampshire State massage‑therapy license with a minimum of one year experience in the medical, salon, or spa industry. Current CPR certification is required. High‑school education or equivalent experience is a must.
Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of guest services, retail inventory, and maintenance of a consistent professional attitude. Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure while remaining flexible and efficient.
Working Conditions & Physical EffortStand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Perform massage techniques that require standing, bending, and fluid use of arms and hands. Work is normally performed in an interior hotel environment.
