The Spa Cosmetologist provides cosmetology services to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner including, but not limited to, hair styling, manicures, pedicures, foot soaks, scalp treatments, makeup application, and all modalities permitted in licensing.

• Exceptional skills and the ability to stay on time with salon service schedule.
• Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts and accessories provided.
• Maintain an agreed upon minimum upsell percentage.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings.
• Participate fully in maintaining backbar.
• Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of the Spa, i.e., disinfection of the salon.
• Participate in advanced training.
• Escort guests to and from treatment areas and attend to any immediate needs throughout the Salon visit.
• Assist in providing information for any inquiries, help coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain cleanliness of the Salon.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout services.
• Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring salon area is always immaculate.
• Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.
• Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.
• Assist in any other function as requested by the Director of Spa and Wellness as it pertains to the salon, lounges, retail area, and terrace area.
• Participate fully in any/all promotions within and outside the spa, or at off-site events.

• Current NH Cosmetology License.
• 2+ years' experience as a Cosmetologist in a luxury spa or equivalent experience.
