Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of nail services including gel manicures, Gel-X nail extensions, and nail care treatments.
- Conduct pedicures and manicure services with attention to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Apply esthetic treatments such as facial and body waxing, a variety of facial techniques, and the willingness to learn others such as airbrush tanning.
- Maintain strict adherence to salon safety protocols and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Upsell retail products related to nail care and skincare to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques in color theory, and new product offerings to deliver innovative services.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, and nail care techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships.
- Deep understanding of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and retail sales strategies.
- Ability to perform advanced skincare treatments such as facial and body waxing.
- Experience with client communication to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
